Drum Crazy Percussion Camp is a very unique drum and percussion camp dedicated to providing a fun, and educational music experience for kids in grades 1 to 6.
Based in Hamilton, Ontario, Drum Crazy focuses on creativity, performance, composition and music education. There’s no need to have ever picked up drumsticks before, we take every child through a world of creativity and rhythm exploring many cultures and diverse musical genres. By the time the camp is over, your son or daughter will be on stage performing with all of the confidence in the world.
Besides music, we keep the campers active through various non-competitive sports and games. Kids get to build their own percussion instruments too. An end of camp pizza party, cool Drum Crazy T-Shirt and awesome magic and reptile/gecco show are also included.
As a result, our programs are designed to be both fun and inspiring for the children while promoting self-esteem in a team building environment. The music program also meets the Ontario music Curriculum expectations, so you know that education is a high priority for us. Drum Crazy is run by local certified teacher and professional drummer/percussionist Kevin Camilleri, who is also certified in both First Aid and CPR.
